Mr. Oliver Johnson, the founder of Optimal Health Enterprise LLC, has over thirty years of Teaching and Administrative experience at the Middle, High School and College level. Mr. Johnson, has a BSE, MPA and CAS from Cortland State College, Syracuse University, and Oswego State University. Mr. Johnson is a life long learner and Educator. Presently, taking courses toward his Doctoral Degree in Social Justice and Educational Leadership. Mr. Johnson's educational philosophy is based on (Differentiated Instructional Delivery) which includes, motivational, participatory and interactive learning. These teaching methods are (researched based) highly successful when working with diverse populations or at risk groups with diverse abilities, strengths, experiences and interests. Mr. Johnson has received training in the areas of Restorative Justice, Circle and Family Group Conferencing from the Virginia Center for Restorative Justice, Richmond VA. Mr. Johnson has received training in the areas of Youth Mental Health First Aid from the National Council of Behavioral Health, Washington, DC. He is a qualified trainer in Group Facilitation. In addition, Mr. Johnson is Certified by the New York State Department of Education to teach K-12th grade Health and Physical Education.



Paulette Johnson, wife of Oliver Johnson, is a 40+ year Registered Nurse. Ms. Johnson, has served as a strong, passionate advocate for Children, Youth, Parents, Seniors, and Community Members for over 50 years. Ms. Johnson graduated from St. Joseph's School of Nursing in Elmira, New York and attended Elmira College. Ms. Johnson's life work has included, serving as a, Head Start Day Care Teacher, Adult Medical Day Care Director, Director of Meals on Wheels, Community Health Director for Native American Health, Program Director for a Community Health Center within CNY. Ms. Johnson, was elected and served 12 years on the Syracuse City School Board; and served 2 years as Board President. Ms. Johnson is a trained Motivational Speaker, Certificated Instructor for Youth Mental Health First Aid, Dementia/Alzheimer's Care Trainer and Certificated Trainer of the AJ Novick Effective Parenting Model. Ms. Johnson has written several educational and Health awareness articles and editorials in local magazines and newspapers over many years.
